Mixing Directions
Mix one (1) heaping scoop of R1 Casein with 10-12 oz. of water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or 16 oz. glass. Shake or stir it up! Set your blender on high to make it extra smooth.
Alternate Suggested Use
In a blender, add your favorite fruit and ice to the above, mix, and enjoy a protein-fortified fruit smoothie!

Biggest + was made in USA! No special mystery ingredients like “Soylent Green” (younger gen can google that 1) from chinese brands. Been in/out Hospitals past 8 years; lost alot of muscle lying in beds… tryed this brand ist for above mentioned; seeing huge improvement in recovered mass and definition probably more so than the average joe/jill out there working out due to soo much loss of muscles and I’ve been going nuts on the max-out low reps weights ….to be honest maybe the others that have been on market for years work also…but am sticking with the good ole USA!

If you’re not mixing this with minimal water and making a thick icing like paste out of it and eating it on rice cakes, then you’re not living life. My coach has me eating 4 scoops a day so I’ve ordered about 40lbs so far and fixing to order more! Awesome!
Strawberries and Creme is delicious
I rarely use casein and I’m not a fan of strawberry protein in general but this is solid. I decided to try something new since the Apple Cinnamon in Whey wasn’t available. I mixed it in Greek Yogurt and fell for it! I’m hooked. If the Cookies and Creme whey is as solid as this, Rule 1 may be the only protein I buy from here on out.
