ColoNormax IBS Activlab Pharma is a dietary supplement that contains plantain seed shell (Plantago ovata) and dried apples.

Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) has as much as 85% of the fiber content. It helps to regulate the rhythm of bowel movements, supports intestinal health, and helps maintain digestive comfort by supporting proper intestinal transit. Regular use of plantain can help maintain the proper level of cholesterol in the blood, which is beneficial for cardiovascular health.

Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) is a low fermenting ingredient, while most soluble fibers are fermented in the gut, which can cause abdominal discomfort. In addition, the product does not contain sugar and is suitable for children from 6 years of age and adults, including vegans and vegetarians.

The use of psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) is especially recommended for:

constipation in the elderly
intestinal problems – IBS
with the LOW FODMAP diet (a diet recommended for people with irritable bowel syndrome – IBS),
occasional constipation, e.g. during pregnancy

usage

• 1 flat teaspoon (2.75 g), dissolve in half a glass of water (125 ml), drink immediately after preparation. Wash down with an extra glass of water or juice.
• The product can be used mixed with water and juice. It can also be an addition to yoghurt or other dishes. The minimum fluid intake for every 2.75 g of product is 125 ml.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 times a day (morning and evening).
Children over 6 years of age: 1 time a day (preferably in the evening).
