MAGNESIUM TAURATE WITH P-5-P Food supplement. The product contains magnesium, endogenous amino acid – taurine and vitamin B6 in coenzymatic form, as biologically active pyridoxal 5’-phosphate (P-5-P). 1Both magnesium and vitamin B6 help maintain normal psychological functions and the proper functioning of the nervous system. 2Moreover, they contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to reduction of tiredness and weariness.
