Hydrolyzed collagen type I contributes to building bones, joints, tendons, as well as skin, hair and nails. Vitamin D3 has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of calcium, which is the most important component of the skeletal system. Vitamin C is necessary for the synthesis of collagen. The supplement comes in the form of a powder available in two flavors.

Usage
Dissolve 20 g (3 scoops) in 250 ml of water.
